As a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, we are overseen by the Office of the Scottish Charities Commisioner (OSCR).

Borders Talking Newspapers is a charity registered in Scotland, SC020192 and funded by donations.

To ensure compliance with all regulations and provide strategic direction to BTN, we are governed by a Board of Trustees.

We also employ a Manager to run BTN on a day to day basis and advise the Trustees.
