As well as our core work, we aim to support visually impaired people by giving relevant information on our recordings and attending events for elderly or disabled people in the Borders.
We also offer a high quality recording service to produce any document in audio.
Since the implementation of the Disability Discrimination Act and subsequently the Equality Act, all documentation must be made available in Braille, large print or on audio on request.
We can help through Borders Talking Newspaper Enterprises, our commercial digital recording service. We can record any leaflet, document etc at a very competitive cost. All money raised is used to support the production of our weekly newspaper.
Contact BTNE through our contact page or telephone our office to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to supply you with a quotation.
